Cleansing & Toning your face can become a real challenge in our busy daily life. For some of you, early mornings are dedicated to exercise and skin care is postponed after work out. Many of you also arrive home late at night, exhausted, struggling with free time and skipping your entire night time regimen routine! This is all wrong! Face Cleansing & Toning act as an important role, not only to prevent break-outs but also to stop aging skin.
SIMPLY TONE YOUR FACE IN THE MORNING!
Brigitte Beasse, Co-Founder of brigitte BEAUTE, advises not to cleanse your face in the morning. You do not want to disrupt your skin PH and the oil protection built at night time called the acid mantle of your skin. You may excite your sebaceous glands and feel oily during the day. "In the morning, you shall simply tone, hydrate and protect." said Brigitte Beasse.
WHAT IF I EXERCISE IN THE MORNING?
Simply toning & hydrating your skin should be done. If exercising outdoor, add sunscreen.
After work-out, you can tone, hydrate and protect again. Only cleanse your face if excessive sweat.
MUST DO: CLEANSE & TONE YOUR FACE AT NIGHT:
Washing & Toning your face removes tiny particles of make-up, kills impurities and bacteria, flushes microscopic black particles from tires which oxidize your cells, frees pores from excess of oil to facilitate the penetration of repairing and anti-aging ingredients, necessary for night time skin cellular renewal and recovery.
Brigitte Beasse also emphasizes that taking the time at night to cleanse & tone really helps depuff skin and detoxify when using light upward circular simple massage movements. The Foreo Face brushes can also increase oxygen flow and stimulate collagen production.
